Pay off device of DLV400-15 Rod Breakdown machine adopts a double-column gantry structure with swing arm. Two coils of wires can be placed simultaneously before payoff device, so as to switch over at two working positions and the machine will not stop when one working position completes release of wire. The device has wire-blocking trouble-shooting function, when the wire-blocking or hanging of payoff device were caused by knotting of released wire, it can automatically control the emergency stop of the main unit to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment, the emergency stop button was installed on the machine frame for the use of emergency stop.
