Polypropylene tape with foam structure in this standard is mainly used in the wrapping of the assembled insulated cable cores. Foamed PP tape has good properties of tensile strength, elongation at break and peeling strength. It also has a good thermal shrinkage at high temperature and stays soft at low temperature. It is widely used for communication cables, shielding cables and water-blocking cables.
